Using the tools
- The tools are free. You can use what they produce for your own work and your organisation's.
- Everything the tools make is a draft. Check it before you send, publish or rely on it. You are responsible for what you do with it.
- Guidance on employment, tax, data protection and companies is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Where it matters, check the official source we link to or take professional advice.
- The company check shows facts from the Companies House register. It is not a credit check and does not tell you a company is safe to deal with.
Fair use
- Don't try to overload, scrape or break the site, including the company lookup.
- Don't use the tools to write anything unlawful, discriminatory or misleading.
Set-up service
If you ask us to set up a job in your AI, the call and the quote are free and don't commit you to anything. If you go ahead, the written quote you accept sets out the job, the price and the timing.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep the tools working and the guidance accurate, and we date every check. We can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Names and trademarks
Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.
